  • Teachers will work in collaborative teams to establish learning targets that prepare students not only to master all Washington Learning Standards but to prepare for rigorous AP, SAT, ACT and other college entrance exams.
  • Utilize a strong College and Career Center to provide every student with mentorship, internship, job shadow and field trip opportunities.
  • All students will have the opportunity for cross-curricular Project Based Learning in core classes as well as electives.
  • Teachers will be provided with staff training opportunities to strengthen professional practice in the areas of Social Emotional Learning and Project Based Learning, specifically in the context of Aviation and Aerospace.
  • Our Instructional Planning leadership team will help enhance schools goals that continue to foster a positive culture and climate while advising the best use of school resources, early release time, and Professional Development for all staff.
  • Continue to grow strong industry partnerships that support internships, scholarships, grants and other opportunities, and will continue close family partnerships, in order that our school mission and vision can be realized.
