We are selecting new curriculum materials for elementary and middle school science and upper-level math. We want you to be part of the process. Join a curriculum adoption committee.
Committees will form a process for how and how often materials are evaluated. They will review materials—books, resources and/or guides—for teachers to use. These materials will be vetted to align with learning standards. With new classroom materials, teachers can spend more time teaching and less time searching for learning resources.
We are forming committees now. Additional opportunities for staff, family and community input will be shared later this spring. Families and community members, as well as classified, certificated and administrative staff, are all encouraged to apply.
Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2022.
